Before contacting support please read through the Troubleshooting section of your owners' manual, and document any problem you are experiencing along with serial numbers and purchasing details so that we can best assist you.

Service for Event Electronics monitors and the Event EZbus is available only from our office, located in Carpinteria, CA. Before returning a product for servicing, you must obtain a Return Authorization number from our Customer Service department via e-mail or telephone (details below).

If contacting via e-mail, you will receive an email from one of our customer service representatives with all of the information that you will need, including your Return Authorization number, our ship-to address, and the expected turnaround time.
