problem before requesting warranty service. This includes reading through
the Troubleshooting section of your owners' manual as well as the documentation
on this Web site. Please be sure to document the problem that you are
experiencing as completely as possible so that our service department
can attempt to duplicate it.
Service
for Event Electronics monitors and the Event EZbus is available only from
our office, located in Santa Barbara, CA. Before returning a product for
servicing, you must obtain a Return Authorization number. Please follow
the steps below to obtain your RA number.

service representatives with all of the information that
