Details Concerning Event Electronics Warranty Service


Please do everything possible to confirm that your Event product has a problem before requesting warranty service. This includes reading through the Troubleshooting section of your owners' manual as well as the documentation on this Web site. Please be sure to document the problem that you are experiencing as completely as possible so that our service department can attempt to duplicate it.

Service for Event Electronics monitors and the Event EZbus is available only from our office, located in Santa Barbara, CA. Before returning a product for servicing, you must obtain a Return Authorization number. Please follow the steps below to obtain your RA number.

Step One
Review the troubleshooting suggestions in your owners' manual as well as on this Web site.

Step Two
Contact our Customer Service department via e-mail or telephone.

If contacting via e-mail, you will recieve an email from one of our customer service representatives with all of the information that you will need, including your a Return Authorization number, our ship-to address, and the expected turnaround time.
